ELECTROMAGNETICA S.A.

Founded in 27 November 1930 under the name “Standard Electrica Romana” ELECTROMAGNETICA was established as a leading manufacturer of telecommunication equipment in Romania.
Currently ELECTROMAGNETICA is a privately owned company, listed on Tier I B.V.B
ELECTROMAGNETICA is recognized as a traditional leading manufacturer and supplier of distribution and electricity metering equipment, LED lighting solutions, electric and electronic parts, metal and plastic injection parts, tools and molds, automotive parts, safety systems for rail traffic. It is also targeted towards green energy production and to technologies increasing energy efficiency.
All products are made according to European and national norms and standards. The products are designed and developed by company’s own research and design department and have a high degree of integration, thanks to the diversity of the manufacturing technologies which the company owns.
Under the name of ELECTROMAGNETA BUSINESS PARK, the company offers rental services for the space in excess, managing over 32,000 square meters of rental space at its headquarters in Bucharest for offices, manufacturing, services and conference rooms. The occupancy rate is over 93%.
Future development of the company has in view a mix of complementary activities that should provide long-term stability and development of related activities which allow the better use of existing resources.
